Return Policy
US Customers may return new, unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unaltered items with original tags still attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements, or situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent.(International orders cannot be returned at this time).
Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have physically received the returned product.
ON SALE products are not returnable or exchangeable.
In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify immediately to our customer service team at contact@quriandino.com who will be gladly to assist.
Refunds will be issued based on original method of payment. Credits will be made to the originating form of payment only.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest you complete your return request, and place a new order for the item desired. Our website shows up to the minute stock items and this will ensure that you are able to select and receive the available item without delay.
